Do you have consultants who can support us?
Absolutely. The strength and USP of ComvaHro lies in advising and supporting our customers by experienced consultants and supporters in particular. For all software modules, we have competent consultants who know the respective industry and therefore the requirements of our customers very well.
If you do not want to have anything to do with payroll/payroll in your company, our Payroll Service department will be happy to take care of the complete settlement. For example, they “only” take care of personnel administration, applicant management and time management, for example.

Our HR solution has many functions and options and the areas of payroll and time management in particular are subject to so many legal requirements and changes that good support is essential. We provide support during normal office hours via a ticket system, but also through telephone support and remote maintenance. Our support team is happy to help you with your daily work, answer questions and “get things out of the way”!
We fully support our customers in the area of consulting for all modules of our offered software solutions ComvaHro All-In and P&I Loga. In other words, payroll, time recording, employee portal, applicant management, etc.
In these areas, our consultants parameterize the systems and train users. Our support team helps you with your daily work via the hotline or the ticket system.
Yes Through our Academy, you can book web seminars on all areas of our ComvaHro All-In and P&I Loga software solutions. Individual training courses are also available at your location.
That always depends on the desired date and the topic for which you need maintenance services. In principle, however, we are well positioned by our large consulting team and can usually offer appointments promptly. For a specific appointment request, please contact our sales team. This records your requirements and checks availability at short notice.

The software is currently being used by around 15,000 customers. These customers have between 50 and 250,000 employees. Basically, we think the solution is best for companies with 100 to 10,000 employees. For companies that are growing, you can also start with 50 employees. We would be happy to discuss your individual requirements and find out together whether our solution is right for your company.

Good question!
First of all, about the software: The solution we offer has been around for several decades and is therefore “top modern software with a great deal of experience.” Even though this sounds strange, this is very important for software — with which the German payroll can be implemented for small and large companies. As befits Germany, payroll, including reporting, is very complex. That requires experience. Although new software solutions also have nice interfaces, you only see the range of functions when you work with the system for a longer period of time. Many of our customers are therefore switching from other systems to us, as they are constantly reaching limits.
As far as our advice and support is concerned: Every single customer is important to us! Our company name also contains the letters “VA” — this stands for “Values” — values. We value our customers and are fully committed to them. That is one of our values. We are only satisfied when a customer — who receives excellent advice and support from us — is satisfied. We work with customers on an “equal footing” and always aim to work with our customers on a long-term basis and to be able to further develop them in the area of HR.
The first version of ComvaHro All-In was available around 40 years ago. Back then as a pure client-server payroll solution, which has evolved over the years and was expanded to include modules such as time management, personnel development and applicant management, as well as an employee portal. With the many customers, the requirements for the software and thus also the scope of services increased. The new development as pure web software for the private cloud was started in 2014 and completed in 2019. It has now completed the process of switching to the latest interface and an open source database system and is therefore technically “up to date”. The completion of the transformation process to the new software world also has the great advantage that software development can now focus on the development of modern topics such as process automation, artificial intelligence and, above all, the implementation of customer requirements and wishes — because these in particular are making the software ever better and the lives of users in the complex HR world easier!
That depends on which modules you want to use and whether we should transfer data from a pre-system (e.g. the old payroll system or time management). For payroll, we normally plan around 3-4 months (with a parallel run), one month for pure applicant management and 2-3 months for time management.

Nothing at all! The software runs in the “protected” cloud and is installed on servers in German data centers. Data protection in accordance with the GDPR is of course guaranteed. All you need is a computer with a web browser. To set up the solution, we usually set up a VPN between your data center network and the data center network so that the data is only transmitted in encrypted form. However, our technicians coordinate this completely with your company IT.

Or can we just outsource parts?
It is important for us to be able to support our customers in the area where we are needed. That's why we've stoked packages that meet these requirements. In the payroll service level S, for example, we only provide minor support (we carry out monthly billing) and in level L we take care of the complete billing including data maintenance. Level M is right in between. More information about the levels can be found here.
If you only need temporary support, for example because a clerk is temporarily absent, we can also cover this via our interim service. Please feel free to contact us and we will find the right range of services for you.

It's very easy. We bill monthly according to the number of personnel cases for which we carry out the billing. We would be happy to provide you with an individual offer.
Billing by?
We currently serve customers from 50 to 8000 billing cases. If you're in this area, we're happy to talk about taking on payroll tasks. Our upper limit is currently around 10000 billing cases.
