With our service contract, you are on the safe side
An HR system depends on regular maintenance — especially in payroll, where legal requirements are constantly changing. Our service contract ensures that your system is always up to date and that your users are regularly trained and informed — about legal changes, new functions and further developments in the software.
Release activation
As part of our service contracts, our consultants regularly visit our customers to activate and explain necessary changes and software updates and carry out appropriate tests. As a result, the system is always optimally maintained and users are well trained. Your company remains legally protected and can calmly await wage and salary checks, for example.
hotline
Competent hotline employees are available to answer daily questions about the system, who know Loga down to the last detail and can therefore quickly help with urgent questions and problems. A ticket system with appropriately set escalation levels and reminders is a matter of course.
Advisory quota
If new modules or functions are to be introduced, this is covered by a consulting quota that is also included in the service contract.
