From initial consultation to GoLive

Our goal is to sustainably optimize your HR processes, automate manual processes and make your HR department fit for the future. In doing so, we rely on close cooperation, practical solutions and smooth integration into your existing system landscape.

Step 1 - Information

Pre-project phase

Use the product information or this website to find out about the possibilities of our HR software and services, such as system implementation, support, payroll service and more. If you like what you have read, we will go to step 2.

Step 2 - initial consultation

Pre-project phase

We will have a non-binding initial consultation in which we will get to know you and your requirements better. This takes a maximum of 30 minutes. You and we can then assess whether the solution is fundamentally right for you and whether an introduction would make sense.

Step 3 - Presentation

Pre-project phase

We'll dive a bit deeper into the detailed questions, present the solution to you in a workshop (max. 3 hours) and answer your questions. We then create a possible project plan and an individual offer. If you wish, you can then test the software yourself for two weeks without obligation.

Step 4 - Project start

If you agree to the offer and all questions have been answered, the project can begin. Your company will soon enter the future of HR and benefit from the new opportunities. Look forward to it!

Step 1 - Preparation

At the joint project kick-off, we start the project. We coordinate the project details, define the tasks and work packages and create a project plan with scheduling. This is a standardized procedure for us and after this deadline, each of us knows when something will happen in the project and, above all, who has something to do and when. Then you can really get started!

Step 2 - Basic setup

Project phase

In this phase, the system is set up for you (basic parameters of the company and installation of the control systems). On request, personal and billing data can be imported from the host system so that they do not have to be entered manually. All we need is the data via Excel. So far, we've extracted the data from every system! 😉

Step 3 - Data check

Project phase

The imported data is checked and if payroll or time management is also to be used, we also carry out a so-called “parallel run”. This means that we compare the data from the host system with the data and results in ComvaHro All-In. If everything fits, we can go live in the next step.

Step 4 - GoLive

Project phase

In the last phase, we train users and prepare everything for the GoLive appointment. After a final test of all functions and results, we launch the system and all employees in your company can use the new HR system.

Step 5 - More modules

Innovation phase

Now that the most important modules are live, we can take care of the remaining modules. As a rule, we start with payroll and time management, as well as the employee portal. This is followed by the “HR modules” such as applicant management, talent management, seminar administration, HR analytics, etc. Here, too, there are kick-offs for the sub-projects, followed by set-up and training. All areas of HR are then gradually covered and can benefit from the new HR solution. Our support is of course always there for users!
