Change of time

We are in a “change of times” in all areas. What was set two years ago is no longer valid today or must at least be questioned. As with almost all other areas, this also applies to HR.

Attract and retain employees, increase effectiveness in HR departments, implement flexible working hours and home office regulations to maintain business operations, automate processes to counteract staff shortages. All topics that currently concern us in the HR sector, will continue to concern us for even longer and for which good solutions need to be found.

After 2 years of pandemic and exclusively online meetings, it is finally time again to “talk shop” with HRlers on site about these and other topics, to exchange ideas and, of course, to present and explain our proposed solutions such as the fully integrated HR solution ComvaHro All-In including our services such as software service, HR consulting and payroll outsourcing.
