Hamtec is pioneering thanks to ComvaHRO

The beginning

If you want to summarize the success story of ComvaHro GmbH, it could be as follows: Two Westphalians started HR consulting in Bavaria in 2016. In 2020, ComvaHro is one of the pioneering partners in digital transformation in the human resources sector, with 20 employees at two locations — Grasbrunn near Munich and Hamm. Fully on a growth path, with well-known customers from various industries, with a focus on SMEs, the company stands for professional HR consulting and HR outsourcing — from applicant management to payroll to time management.

“Word quickly got around the personnel scene about our high level of service orientation paired with technical know-how. Although we are actually still a start-up, we were able to open a branch in Hamm shortly after founding and are therefore represented in the south and west,” says Marco Peine.

In Grasbrunn near Munich, the management team focuses on consulting, while at the Hamm location with premises in Hamtec, the focus is on payroll services. As payroll specialists, the employees here ensure reliable and accurate payroll processing. This gives customers the opportunity to concentrate on their core business. ComvaHro helps them to position themselves in a pioneering manner in the HR sector and, among other things, offers payroll outsourcing as a full BPO service.

Special times require special commitment and this is why ComvaHro employees support companies during the peak phase of the Corona crisis in the area of short-time work and payroll services and navigated them safely through this process.

Within the company, managing directors Peine and Franke value flat hierarchies, trust and exchange. The latter also likes to happen in a relaxed atmosphere during a game of in-house soccer, team events or during the annual team trip.
