Step 1 - Information
Pre-project phase
Datensammeln & Änderungen melden: Nach dem Monatsabschluss übermitteln Sie strukturiert Neueintritte, Austritte, Stammdatenänderungen (z. B. Bankverbindung, Adresse, vermögenswirksame Leistungen), variable Bezüge (Überstunden, Boni, Zuschläge, Sachbezüge) und Fehlzeiten (Krankheit, Elternzeit, Mutterschutz).
Stammdatenpflege & Bewegungen erfassen: comvaHRo pflegt Mitarbeiterstammdaten, bildet Ein- und Austritte ab und importiert variable Daten aus Ihren Vor- oder Zeiterfassungssystemen.
ELStAM & Änderungslisten: comvaHRo führt An- und Abmeldungen über ELStAM beim Finanzamt durch und berücksichtigt Änderungslisten für korrekte Steuerabzüge.
Laufende EEL-Prozesse: Parallel übernimmt comvaHRo wöchentliche EEL-Meldungen (Kinderkrankengeld, Krankengeld, Mutterschaftsgeld), damit Sozialversicherung und Entgeltersatzleistungen stets aktuell sind.
Plausibilisierung & Vollständigkeitscheck: Vor dem Cut-off werden Daten auf Vollständigkeit, Plausibilität und Compliance geprüft, Sonderfälle markiert und offene Punkte geklärt.
Ziel: Alle relevanten Personaldaten und Meldeprozesse sind vollständig und korrekt für den neuen Abrechnungsmonat vorbereitet.
Step 3 - Presentation
Pre-project phase
Cut-off & DateneinfrierungWe'll dive a bit deeper into the detailed questions, present the solution to you in a workshop (max. 3 hours) and answer your questions. We then create a possible project plan and an individual offer. If you wish, you can then test the software yourself for two weeks without obligation.
Testabrechnung durchführen: comvaHRo erstellt die Testabrechnung für alle Mitarbeitenden inklusive Lohnarten, Steuer- und SV-Berechnungen.
Fehlerlisten & Korrekturen: Auffälligkeiten aus Fehlerlisten (z. B. fehlende Stammdaten, SV-Schlüssel, ELStAM-Konflikte) werden durch comvaHRo behoben; Sonderfälle werden dokumentiert.
Testmeldungen erzeugen: Es folgen testweise Meldedateien an Sozialversicherungsträger und Finanzbehörden sowie testweise SEPA-Zahlungsdateien und Buchungslisten zur internen Qualitätssicherung.
Ergebnisbereitstellung & Freigabe: Sie erhalten die Testergebnisse zur ruhigen Prüfung (z. B. Abrechnungsbelege, Summen-/Salden, SV-Nachweise). Mit Ihrer Freigabe („Go“) wird der Produktionslauf autorisiert.
Ziel: Datenqualität absichern und mit Ihrer Freigabe die Basis für eine fehlerfreie Echtabrechnung schaffen.
Step 4 - Project start
Pre-project phase
Produktionslauf & Finalisierung: comvaHRo führt die Echtabrechnung bis spätestens zum fünftletzten Bankarbeitstag durch – fristgerecht und compliancegerecht.
Finalmeldungen & Nachweise: Alle Meldedateien an Sozialversicherungsträger und Finanzbehörden werden final erstellt; gesetzliche Fristen und Fälligkeiten werden eingehalten.
Zahlungsdateien & Buchungslisten: comvaHRo generiert SEPA-Zahlungsdateien (Netto-Löhne, SV-Beiträge, Lohnsteuer etc.) und stellt Buchungslisten für Ihre Finanzbuchhaltung bereit.
Bereitstellung Monatsabschluss: Sie erhalten den Monatsabschluss mit Abrechnungsbelegen, Summen-/Salden und Dokumentation.
Ausführung & Übergabe: Sie führen die Zahlungen aus und übergeben die Buchungen an die Finanzbuchhaltung; anschließend wird das System von comvaHRo freigegeben – bereit für den nächsten Zyklus.
Ergebnis: Termingerechte Auszahlung und vollständiger Monatsabschluss – der Zyklus startet erneut mit Schritt 1.
